We will design and create a detailed recruitment prospectus covering information about your organisation, including leadership, culture and values, scope of the role as well as salary and package details.

Comprehensive market mapping to highlight all potential individuals in the market with headline information on each. We use a traffic light system to provide a visual guide as to suitability from a technical, cultural and financial viewpoint.

Shortlisting

Where confidentiality may be an issue, you are welcome to use our boardroom for the day, or alternatively we will organise a convenient off-site venue to host your interviews.

DMJ has teamed up with Tonia Lovell, a qualified professional coach who supports individuals in a position of responsibility to become more self-aware, take more personal responsibility and, through this, to become more effective.

Tonia studied law at Cambridge University and Guildford Law School. She then practiced law for nearly 30 years; firstly in the City law firm Linklaters and then, for over 20 years, at Unilever. At Unilever Tonia progressed up the ranks of the legal function with her last two roles being Chief Legal Officer and Group Secretary.
