Shortlisting
Our shortlists offer a detailed analysis of the most committed and qualified individuals we have identified for your role. This includes a full career breakdown, key skills and attributes, points to consider, full package details and our summary.
Interviews
Where confidentiality may be an issue, you are welcome to use our boardroom for the day, or alternatively we will organise a convenient off-site venue to host your interviews.
Psychometric testing
We can provide access to qualified professionals to conduct and analyse a variety of psychometric assessments.

Tonia studied law at Cambridge University and Guildford Law School. She then practiced law for nearly 30 years; firstly in the City law firm Linklaters and then, for over 20 years, at Unilever. At Unilever Tonia progressed up the ranks of the legal function with her last two roles being Chief Legal Officer and Group Secretary.
