Building on the investment in the company training programme and the office move, DMJ invested in the latest technology and software to help consultants deliver the best possible experience with such success that Microsoft commissioned a video about how we use their technology.

With the company almost 20 strong and continuing to grow, DMJ Recruitment moved to spacious, light offices on Clerkenwell Road. Look out for the Union Jack mini in the reception area.

DMJ was accepted onto the Government's GrowthAccelerator initiative, a programme designed to support successful companies with the potential to grow faster, and brought on board specialist recruitment non-executive director Alex Arnot.

DMJ’s reputation resulted in the company being appointed CGI's (The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland) sole recruitment partner.

With the Company Secretarial, Legal In-house, Legal Partners & Mergers and Legal Associates teams all growing, DMJ moved from Greville Street to new offices in Smithfield market. 

Many of DMJ's clients and candidates from the early year's continue to work with DMJ - a reflection of its ethos of building relationships and providing consultancy, not simply placing people.

Starting in modest offices in Greville street, DMJ Recruitment built its client base of both leading and up-and-coming companies and law firms by finding the right person for each role, not simply filling vacancies.

David, Marc and Justin founded DMJ Recruitment in February 2007 believing there was demand for a recruitment firm committed to long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the legal and company secretarial space.
