1) Excellent Commercial Candidate with significant guaranteed following

Extremely impressive lawyer currently at a top UK firm and formerly a Magic Circle firm.

Our candidate has a wealth of experience specialising in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing projects.  The candidate also has experience of advising in respect of high-value commercial IP contracts in the context of corporate and investment transactions, including international M&A.

Having worked at various top firms, the candidate has a personal relationship with many contacts which they have built up over several years and will continue to do so in any new role.  Two clients in particular have guaranteed her fee income of €700 - 800K for the forthcoming year as a minimum.

One of the candidates client is a huge international corporation which is becoming increasingly busy, resulting in a significant increase in instructions. 

The candidate has been provided with a specific mandate by these clients in relation to any new firm she joins, which specifically includes having a footprint within Europe, the US and Asia.

2) Excellent Litigator and International Arbitrator with a following

Senior dual qualified French and English Lawyer who has previously been an Associate with highly ranked City and US Firms.

Very experienced and has worked on a variety of matters, including: Cross Border Commercial Litigation; Injunctions; Fraud; IP Litigation; Insurance Litigation, Insolvency; International Arbitration; and Corporate Investigations &; Government Enforcements. 

Our candidate has many contacts and is an active business developer, and generates the vast majority of his work through their own network and is a member of the Legal Forum of the French Chamber of Commerce in the UK. 

Our candidate has no restrictive covenants and is very confident their clients will continue to instruct him in any future role. As a conservative estimate his following is worth up to 150K per annum to begin with and he still has conduct of several cases which are valued at least an additional 80K as a start at any new practice.

With the right support this candidate has the ability to grow the practice significantly,  consequently is very open minded regarding salary package and will also consider a part consultancy role.   

3) Experienced International Immigration Partner with guaranteed following

Experienced Partner, currently working as a Consultant Solicitor dealing with a huge caseload of corporate matters for small, medium and large businesses, which include shipping companies and big high street chains.  She also manages a varied private immigration practice.   

Previously Head of Immigration, Partner and director, where she led a team of 15 fee earners and is extremely well regarded within the Immigration field.

Our candidate has recently been recognised in the Legal 500 for work in Corporate and Business Immigration and Human Rights work.  In addition, the individuals Immigration Department was also recently recognised for 2 years.

Our Candidate’s business is completely transferable to any practice, is 100% privately funded and is valued at about 300K.  This will continue to grow in the right environment.

4) Experienced Immigration Lawyer with fantastic established Business

Our Candidate has been running his own practice for 12 years.  From a standing start, this individual has a very successful business, working from two locations, one based in the Midlands and one in North London.  Currently specialising in high volume immigration work, with a small amount of high net worth individuals, representing over 4,500 clients in a variety of matters.    Our Candidate has used a range of marketing initiatives to build the business and currently presents their own TV programme on SKY and gives case law updates and offers advice to individual viewers. 

Our Candidate’s intention is to solely focus on high net worth immigration work.  The individual is open to merging their current practice to a firm that will give provide the opportunity to build a business immigration practice and will also consider selling the current practice and join a firm separately to achieve his goal.  Currently his business turns over between 250K and 300K per year, with minimal staff and overheads.  

Over the past 12 years our Candidate has built up a solid practice and has a 90% success rate in his applications.  He has developed and maintained countless relationships and believes the skills that have allowed him to achieve this can be easily transferred to building a substantial high net worth client base.

This individual has a clear strategy moving forward and intends to target businesses and high net worth individuals from Dubai, South America and African Countries.  The candidate has also enjoyed particular success in recent times, representing high net worth clients wishing to enrol on the Golden Visa Programme in Portugal, and believes this is an area which has great potential, given the UK’s exit from the European Union.

5) Experienced Head of Residential Property

Residential Property Partner and Head of Department at Top 100 practice, prior to this, our candidate was an equity Partner at a well regarded regional firm.

The individual has a strong track record in successfully maintaining high levels of service for a High Net Worth client base, and is also familiar with the additional AML, financial and legal requirements due to having a large international client base. 

Responsible for opening the residential property department at their current firm’s “flagship” office in central London  is an ideal Candidate to Head and grow any Residential Property Team.

He bills in excess of 500K per annum, all of this is self-generated through many years of experience gained as a Residential Solicitor along with numerous contacts. Our candidate is confident that contacts will follow to any new practice and the individual will be able to repeat previous success in building and developing a team.

6) Excellent Corporate Head of Department

Partner and Head of Corporate Law at Top 100 Practice in London.  Prior to this an Associate for several years with a Top 20 UK audit and Accountancy Firm.

Has a wide range of experience in both Commercial and Corporate Law.  His expertise includes M&A transactions, joint venture, investment and shareholder agreements, general corporate and commercial transactions and internal group re-organisations. 

Confident that clients will follow to any new role due to the long-standing relationships that the individual has developed over a number of years.

A very keen business developer and has gained a vast range of marketing experience including arranging and delivering client seminars, and writing online bulletins.
