An exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Trainee Company Secretarial Assistant to work in a fast-growing insurance company. This is a dual function role, providing high quality, professional and comprehensive assistance on all company secretarial matters including statutory compliance and meeting administration, as well as providing administrative support and assistance to the team. The candidate will be working within talented and progressive team and will be receiving a hight support & training, developing quickly in the co-sec career.


*Board & Committee support
*Attending and taking minutes of Executive Management Group meetings
*Supporting the Company Secretary in relation to Board and Committee meetings
*Ensuring statutory registers and minute books for all Group companies are maintained
*Attending to Companies House filings
*Providing diary and expenses management for the Executive team
