Job Description
Our client is holding company based in London which has a variety of subsidiaries globally covering the telecommunications, banking, and retail sectors.
Reporting to the Head of Operations the main Duties will include:
*Drafting and negotiating a variety of legal and commercial documents including agreements, side letters, contracts, etc.
*Drafting board and shareholder resolutions, corporate policies and procedures.
*Advise on all corporate and contract law matters
*Research into legal issues as and when needed.
*Assist with company responsibilities including involvement in corporate governance matters
*Build close relationships with business and executive teams, acting as first point of contact for all legal-related queries.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience
*5-8 PQE, in-house experience welcome but not required.
*Background in corporate law with additional commercial contracts and governance experience.
*Able to work independently and liaise effectively with other departments
*Open-minded and quick learner on new or unfamiliar subject matters
*Keen eye for detail
