Job Description

Well-known retail bank with a large head office in London is looking for a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. The role is part of a broader strategy of developing a centre of excellence within their governance function.

The position will encompass both board and governance work, ensuring meetings are well supported and that processes and reporting structures are properly maintained.

Successful candidates will have had at least 2 years' company secretarial experience either within a large global institution or a FCA regulated business.
