Assistant Company Secretary

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits.

A modern up and coming company is looking to hire an Assistant Company Secretarial to join their team.
This role would be project based, working on their up-coming IPO in 2020. They work on developing areas into modern spaces where people can live, work and eat in a beautiful environment while maintaining the character of the location.

The right candidate will have 3-7 years experience in Company Secretarial and feel confident working with the Head of Legal and the boards to continue to grow the company. This role will give you the board and committee exposure as well as a broad project knowledge base.

Key Requirements:

-3 - 7 years Company Secretarial
-Experience in PLC or large Limited Company structure
-Experience with an IPO
-Excellent minuting and organisational skills
-Ability to manage boards and committees papers and filings
-ICSA/ACIS Qualified.
