Job Description

Global FTSE 100 company based in London requires a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. The role would appeal to a company secretary with at least 18 months' experience and who is looking to develop further in a premium listed business.

The role would offer excellent exposure across a broad range of responsibilities covering all areas in corporate governance. The company has a proven track record in developing talent and would be looking to continue in this vein with the successful candidate coming in.

Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and producing Board papers
- Providing general support to the Board and Deputy Company Secretary
- Organising the AGM
- Assisting with the production of the Annual Report

Successful applicants will have 18 months' previous company secretarial experience within a commercial environment.
