The candidate will be expected to have 2-3 years of commercial experience to bring an immediate value to the company, contributing to innovation and collaboration.


-Supporting the delivery of a company secretarial service to the Board, Committees and subsidiaries ensuring compliance with corporate governance arrangements, statutory and regulatory requirements

-Providing support for the drafting of agendas, papers and minutes for Board and Committee meetings

- Working on the annual report and AGM process

- Advising on role appropriate technical questions and queries
