Job Description

Demand for Real Estate lawyers has been constant throughout the summer and shows no signs of letting up this autumn. DMJ Legal are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a 0-5 PQE Real Estate solicitor to work with a Top 100 full-service UK Law firm with Real Estate at the core of its reputation in the City.

With seven dedicated partners, this role will allow you to work within a medium-sized team, thus offering the opportunity to work closely with partners on their well-regarded practice areas whilst also retaining a clear structure and support across the team.

You will be given access to complex development work, assisting partners with their broad base of over 200 development clients whilst being given the responsibility to run your own caseload where appropriate. Partners will regularly be on hand to provide structured support whilst the practice has a genuinely collegiate atmosphere.

The role is focused on supporting the firm's Real Estate Development team which has seen demand increase dramatically over the past six months. Due to growth, they are now seeking to hire a qualified solicitor between 0 to 5PQE to assist across the length and breadth of the Development team. There will be the opportunity to support partners directly with site acquisition, advising on development agreements and both drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants.
