Property Litigation NQ - 2 PQE
Location: London, England Salary: NegotiableA tier 3 firm are looking for an excellent junior real estate disputes solicitor to supplement their team from upcoming NQs in September 2022 - 2 PQE.
You will be working in a busy department which comprises of 4 partners, this role will involve both commercial and residential property litigation matters relating to landlord and tenant matters, title issues, rights of way and residential development.
As part of this team, your caseload may include -
*Adverse possession claims
*Dilapidation claims
*Relief from forfeiture
*Rights to buy; rights of first refusal and lease enfranchisement
*Easements including rights of light and rights of way
