Job Description
A fantastic top 20 firm is looking to supplement their property litigation team at the 3 - 6 PQE level.
The hiring partner works on a full range of real estate disputes across a range of sectors, with a focus on development matters, offices, shopping centres, retail and industrial parks, hospitality and leisure, mixed use, housebuilding, high value residential, healthcare and insurance.
The team work closely with the firms transactional real estate team so they have a broad client base, including property funds, developers, tenant occupiers and private clients. Some of the work they do includes dilapidation claims, recovery of rent arrears and lease disputes.
