Project Finance / Energy Associate 2 - 5 pqe - Dubai
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: Global Rates + Tax FreeThis role will involve covering the full mix of project financing and projects work relating to energy sector clients, working on large-scale matters from the outset to conclusion. The position will be to work closely with the partners, broader team and with clients, in relation to projects in the UAE and the broader Middle East and Africa. The firm acts for governments, sponsors, financial institutions etc. in relation to financing on high profile energy, power and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified, Project Finance / Projects Lawyer, with 2 - 5 pqe based either in the UAE with a legal directories ranked law firm, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand. The firm is interested in a high calibre individual who will be able and comfortable working independently and / or within a team structure. High quality finance Lawyers, with project finance experience and looking to specialise in the area are also welcome for consideration.
Excellent global law firm tax free rates of remuneration on offer to attract a high calibre Associate. For those relocating internationally with the remuneration levels on offer and as income tax free this can lead to a potential increases in net / take home remuneration of c.50 - 80%, so an attractive financial prospect.
