Job Description

Project Finance Associate solicitor 3 - 6 pqe + sought to join a global US headquartered law firm in Dubai. A great opportunity for a lawyer to play a key role in small team, of a well established firm.

The role will involve focusing on project finance work relating to a broad range of infrastructure projects across the Middle East. working closely with the partners in relation to playing a lead role on transactional documentation, project finance, regulatory issues etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Common Law qualified lawyer with Legal 500 law firm experience, to join a leading practice. Candidates already based in the UAE or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia etc are of interest.

Excellent US law firm tax free remuneration and package on offer to attract a high calibre candidate. As a small team there are good long-term career prospects on offer for an ambitious individual.
