Job Description
Within this team, associates advise on a broad spectrum of planning and environment matters, for clients including developers and landowners. The work undertaken by the team typically includes, but is not limited to, s.106 agreements, planning appeals, judicial reviews, development and promotion agreements.
To be considered for this position, successful applicants are likely to have demonstrable planning experience, gained from private practice, either during their training contract, if recently qualified, or post-qualification.
