You will act as technical expert on UK pension and global share plans (executive and all employee)
Recommend changes for UK pension and global share plans based on legislative and/or market change
Responsible for the preparation of papers for the UK pension committee
Liaison with external advisors to the UK pension scheme and global share plans
Drafting of employee communications for pension and global share plans
Support the Reward function with executive compensation on share plan disclosure for the directors remuneration report
Support Company secretariat with relevant global share plan disclosures
Support on mobility issues related to UK pension and global share pl
Support the tax department with the relevant information for HRMC as require
Support with recommendations for change on insured benefits, ensuring that any changes are fully implemented.
Strong Analytical skills, intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work independently, drive for results in individual & business objectives.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple/competing projects and tight timelines.
Clear focus on improving processes and proactively identifying reward needs globally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
SAP HR/ Ad Hoc reporting, and Success Factors knowledge helpful.
Experience with market survey submissions & analysis.
Retail compensation experience preferred.
Management level HR experience, preferably in a fashion, retail environment.
Track record of operating and achieving success in a commercial environment.
Experience of working in business-wide change programmes.
Experience of working with teams and building relationships in multi-site locations.
Ability to quickly acquire good knowledge of, and credibility with, the business.
Strong focus on delivery of business benefits and delivery of personal priorities accordingly.
Ability to manage ambiguity and achieve results.
Ability to engage people in change and support them through the change curve accordingly.
Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
Ability to adapt interpersonal style according to situation and the individual(s) being worked with.
Strong coaching, facilitating, communication and influencing skills.
