Company Secretary in Financial Services Company

A friendly and rapidly growing Financial Services Company are seeking a part-time Company Secretary to join their team.

They are seeking someone with FS Company Secretarial experience who is happy to travel between London and Bedford for meetings. The team is small and welcoming and they offer a great benefits scheme. The role is 3 days a week with flexibility around hours and days worked.

Salary: Up To £75,000 FTE

Report to: Head of Compliance

Location: Bedford and London

The Role:

- Control of the Company Secretarial matters of the company
- Direct board work, advising on changes needed to improve Governance and offer best practice advise
- Arrange, minute and action board and committee meetings
- Supporting board and chair in all capacities
- Day to Day filing and administration needs of the role
- Working in the FCA regulatory work
- Being in charge of the Annual report and AGM arrangements and organisation

Your Experience:

- Have held office of Company Secretary or Deputy previously
- Experience in Financial Services and with FCA regulations
- Board exposure at a technical level
- ICSA qualification (preferred)
