Exciting opportunity exists for a PART TIME Company Secretarial Assistant for on a 3 day working week basis working closely with the Company Secretary and Legal Team.
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will be providing key and high-profile administrative support to the Company Secretary and Legal Team, whilst learning and developing your skills set in legal and Co Sec ways of working.
This role will include:
*Providing administrative support in respect of legal projects on an ad hoc basis, owning and effecting the annual returns agenda as well as all Companies House electronic regulatory/event-driven filings, scheduling, arranging and co-ordinating board and committee meetings and liaising with third party company secretarial service providers for non-UK subsidiaries.
*Assisting with preparing, collating and distributing Board and Committee papers in line with meetings timetable, updating and maintaining the statutory books and corporate information for UK group companies using Blueprint software systems and Excel.
*Producing board minutes for subsidiary entity meetings, drafting standard resolutions and other documentation, maintaining the minute books and copy board packs, arranging safekeeping of related papers and sending minutes to auditors as requested.
*Assistance with governance initiatives, assisting with arranging quarterly investor calls, raising purchase orders, filing and processing invoices and assisting with Co Sec diary management.
*Good working knowledge of Blueprint software.
*Part qualified or suitably experienced in company secretarial matters.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
