My client as part of their global group has an integrated global portfolio of crude oil, refined products, natural gas, LNG, electrical power, chemical feed-stocks and environmental products.
The company has a global reach, with offices in over ten countries around the world. With over 7000 employees, this successful energy corporation trades on average over 12 million barrels of crude and oil products and through natural gas and power each day. They also provide marine expertise to over 40 operating companies, directly manages a fleet of over 50 gas and oil tankers.
You will have the responsibility to:
* Assist in scheduling and organising Quarterly Board meetings, and any other ad-hoc meetings of Directors.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Company Secretary team, for each entity including distribution of Board papers, minuting meetings, follow up items, and liaising with Directors/other stakeholders.
* Manage Board Director support, including being a primary liaison point for Director communications and Director administrative matters.
* Liaise with T&S Compliance in relation to the provision of copy minutes to the FCA and other administrative obligations with regards to other liaisons with the FCA.
You will join a tight-knit, successful team. You will be reporting directly to Associate General Counsel and will facilitate regular communications with Board directors and co-ordinate the compliance of meetings between new internal Directors and external regulators, auditors and legal advisers.
As well as working with a great team, you will be working in a well-presented city office in the heart of London, with excellent tube and rail links.
