Job Description

Baking & Financial Disputes - Senior Associate/Partner - London

Our client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked international practice is looking for a Partner or Senior Associate solicitor to join their Financial Disputes Team.

Based in several locations across the UK and abroad, our client is a leading law firm which provides high quality legal advice tailored to both businesses and individuals. Their commitment to excellence dates back over 300 years with clients ranging from private individuals, owner managed businesses and start-ups to multi-national corporations, public companies, professional partnerships, banks and financial institutions.

The Banking & Financial Disputes division is now looking to recruit a Partner or Senior Associate seeking partnership to join the highly-regarded team. The group provides practical, commercial advice to clients in the financial services sector, with expert knowledge acting for UK and international retail and investment banks, hedge funds and structured finance providers.

The successful candidate will be experienced across a wide range of financial disputes, including, but not limited to; structured finance, derivative & miss-selling claims; secured & unsecured corporate recovery; asset finance & leasing disputes; anti-money laundering & compliance; and fraud, asset tracing & recovery. It is not a necessity to come from a City or indeed a London firm if you have been involved in comparable, good quality work.

The successful Partner candidate will be expected to bring an established book of business with them, whilst a Senior Associate seeking partnership in the future will be judged on an individual basis, assessing their track record and level of potential following they have. Previous experience of winning new business as well as maintaining good client relationships is obviously essential to this appointment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join market leading law firm in the City of London. For more information please call Marc Jones on 0203 058 1445 or 0792 121 0176. Alternatively, you can email marcj@dmjlegal.com.
