Starting in the 1800s and now with over 45,000 covering 140 markets, this global insurance brokerage firm is unique as they provide data-driven solutions using their own technology and software. They now require a new multi-faceted Solicitor to join their insurance consulting and tech business and assist with their continued global expansion.

Role
The main focus of the role will surround advising upon complex issues concerning software licensing and technology solutions. Aside from the day-to-day legal issues, you will work closely with senior members of the business and global internal and external clients (including the world's largest insurers), as well as help manage external counsel.
The organisation is ideally looking for a commercial tech lawyer who has significant experience with software and licensing contracts gained either in-house or in private practice.
