Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked practice, with offices in London and Home Counties, is looking to bolster their Immigration Team in London. Our Client is a full service law firm and have a large team of lawyers covering a wide spectrum of practice areas nationwide. They have a stellar reputation, having won numerous awards for their legal expertise in recent times, including many 'top tier' rankings within the South East region, and are still considered the premier provider of Private Client services in Hertfordshire.

Our Clients dedicated immigration solicitors advise on all aspects of UK immigration and nationality law as it affects organisations and individuals.

As the successful candidate you should be 3+ PQE and familiar with the Points Based System, including entrepreneur and investor visas under Tier 1, highly skilled migrants, sponsored skilled workers, intra-company transfers and sports persons under Tier 2. You should also be experienced with visas for temporary workers, and youth mobility scheme visas under Tier 5.

For individuals you should be able to demonstrate the ability to advise on all types of visa for including student visas under Tier 4, tourist/family visit visas, family visas for spouses/partners, and children applications. Our Client is also an expert on British nationality and citizenship matters, including UK ancestry visas, removals, deportation appeals and bail applications, therefore experience in these areas is also desirable.
