Job Description
This role offers significant variation, as you will work for every partner in the team, and each of the five employment specialists have a slightly different practice.
Your work will include:
* Employment Tribunal - Advising both claimants and respondents.
* Professional Services / Regulatory -Most employment law associates are involved in advisory, contentious, or regulatory work for firms and/or partners. You will also work closely with the team of expert partnership and law firm regulatory lawyers, and will be trained on financial services regulatory matters.
This role has limited corporate support of around 10% of your annual workload, allowing you to develop strong experience and maintain an interesting and varied workload.
