Job Description
The role will include IP, Commercial and DP work. The IP work will consist of trademarks, copyright, licensing, IP due diligence and IP warranties. Commercial will include commercial agreements, often with an IP element, and dealing with distribution agreements and supply agreements. DP will include GDPR and compliance work.
The partner you will work under is highly regarded in his approachability and style, and is keen to develop associates in the team, making this an excellent opportunity for long-term growth and progression. The role also offers a hybrid working pattern of 2/3 days in the office a week.
