Job Description

Dispute Resolution Associate solicitor 3 - 5 pqe sought to join an elite global law firm based in Dubai, to undertake a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration work for diverse spectrum of clients.

The firm has a market-leading profile, excellent reputation and track-record, including success in complex cases against large financial institutions and corporations, that they are referred from the global firms for conflicts reasons.

The role would involve working closely with a lead partners, who have been working the region for many years in relation to playing a key role in relation to commercial and investment treaty arbitration, litigation in the DIFC courts, or English High Court, along with arbitrations in the various forums. As a small team you will hands on in relation to assisting on larger matters, running smaller files and actively involved with clients.

The firm is interested a Common Law qualified solicitor, with 3- 5 pqe in commercial litigation and arbitration experience gained at a Legal500 top ranked firm.

The role offers highly competitive tax free remuneration, relocation support and opportunity to gain some excellent hands on experience. Dubai is currently open for those looking to relocate from the UK, Aus etc so the role would be for someone to start asap after notice periods etc.
