Job Description

To provide operational level Company Secretarial and Board Support management to the Visa Europe Board and Committees, including the Executive Leadership Team

KEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* To be principal point of contact and manage all Visa Europe Board and Committee meeting arrangements and logistics including Director inductions and appointments, etc
* Manage the Board Budget
* Information and advice support: - Create and manage information portals and infrastructure including development, maintaining and documenting processes and procedures (Board Vantage) - Ensure queries relating to Board and ELT Materials are dealt with quickly and efficiently - Board material document management support including collation and review - Share register management
* Assisting on Corporate Governance and related issues (e.g Powers of Attorney, Filings, Statutory books)
* Ensure efficient processes are developed with key business teams to ensure compliance with Visa policies, contribute to Legal Divisions planning and ad hoc projects
