Job Description

FTSE 100 requires a Company Secretarial Assistant for a period of 12 months asap. 1 month notice period's can be factored in.

Role:
Seeking a newly qualified chartered secretary to join the team to provide efficient and high quality company secretarial services to the Group. Specifically:

*Management of statutory compliance for all operational UK subsidiaries.
*Providing subsidiary governance support for non-UK subsidiaries.
*Assisting with compliance requirements of the UK Companies Act, UK Listing Rules and the UK Corporate Governance Code.
*Primary responsibility for the monthly company secretarial newsletter.
*First point of contact for all treasury related transactions.
*Management of the annual Blueprint health check.
*Administration of the Group's Share Buyback programme.
*Maintenance of the Group's Chops and Seals register.
*Drafting and releasing Stock Exchange Announcements.
*Assisting with the Group's re-structuring, corporate actions or transactions.
*Handling private shareholder queries directly with the Group's registrar.

Key skills and experience:
*ICSA newly qualified 2-3 years' experience in a FTSE 100 environment.
*Good basic knowledge of Companies Act and UK Listing Rules, in the context of both plc and subsidiary accounts approval, director and shareholder meeting process, director share dealings.
*Subsidiary governance experience.
*Working knowledge of Blueprint Oneworld.

*Good technical knowledge of the Companies Act and UK Listing Rules;
*A demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate at all levels;
