As the Head of Commercial, you will provide key strategic leadership and assist the account management team. This will include:
-Provide strategic direction and leadership for the legal team managing client contracts, to ensure optimal legal terms for client engagements.
-Lead contract negotiations on deals with the company's biggest European clients.
-Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of client contracts, including supervision of other lawyers.
-Provide expert advice on competition/anti-trust, data protection and other regulatory issues in client agreements, and liaise when necessary with internal members of the Legal and Regulatory Division, and/or external counsel.
Who will I be working with?
You will be working with the Account Management team, as well as managing and developing a small team of lawyers dedicated to this function.
This sits as part of a wider legal team of 20+.

What experience do I need?
Ideal experience includes:
-Qualified lawyer with previous experience in a commercial legal environment. We will consider candidates who have qualified in other jurisdictions
-Relationship management experience
