Managing a team across CoSec and Governance
A diverse and growing organisation are seeking a Group Company Secretary to take over from the present retiring CoSec.
If you're in a number 1 position or seeking a step up to your first Group level role and have experience in high level board support, management, and governance advisory exposure within a complex, regulated entity, this position could be of interest.
