£225,000 + benefits
Reporting to CEO & Dotted Line to Chair
Rare opportunity to join an impressive, diverse function I Europe as the Group CoSec & Head of governance. Managing a large function of 20 and working closely with all main boards across a complex regulated and listed structure - this position is suited to a senior candidate looking for an exciting next step.
Requirements include management of complex governance organisations, retail bank exposure preferred, team management and extensive technical knowledge and experience.
A reduced notice period would be advantageous.
