Job Description
The firm has an excellent funds reputation both in the Middle East and in the UK / Europe and are looking for an additional associate to work closely with the lead partner and team in Dubai.
The role will involve a broad range of private funds formation and structuring work acting for broad range of clients including financial institutions, SWF's, global corporations etc.
There is an interest in a Common Law qualified lawyer coming from a private funds background and experience gained at a Legal 500 law firm in the UAE, London, Sydney etc.
