Family 0-3 - Leading London Firm
Location: London, England Salary: NegotiableThe firm is consistently top rated and recommended by Chambers and Legal 500. Their specialist lawyers are widely regarded as leaders in their field, with many also being personally recognised in various independent legal directories.
Their breadth and quality of experience sees their solicitors advising on the most significant Family disputes in the City. The typical caseload often includes advising on pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships and financial remedies on divorce often involving complex trust structures and international issues to name but a few.
As the ideal candidate for this opportunity, you will be between NQ and 3 PQE with experience covering all aspects of family law and divorce, including ancillary relief proceedings, private children matters, non-molestation orders, applications for leave to remove and surrogacy cases. You should be used to dealing with high-net-worth individuals and managing broad caseloads often with an international element.
In turn, you will be given exceptional and consistently high quality work, working with some of the most well-regarded family lawyers in the country, on many of the most high-profile cases.
