The purpose of this role will be to support the Executive Compensation Senior Manager on executive compensation matters, including the Remuneration Committee and new hires at Vice President level and above in line with current Company pay policy.


Prepare and give advice on all related compensation and benefits requirements for the senior population
Work closely with the Senior Manager Executive Compensation and the Reward Director (Policy) to develop Remuneration Committee papers and manage shareholder communication processes.


Senior Compensation experience in a large global business
Up to date knowledge on trends in Senior Compensation
Experience in handling Senior offers
Broad reward experience at a senior level
Compensation and Benefits survey experience
Share scheme experience - especially LTIPs and buyouts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Excel working knowledge
