Job Description

A leading International City firm is looking to recruit a mid level employment associate to join its team. This employment team is ranked in legal directories and it offers associates varied top quality work for a broad range of clients. This position is suitable for someone with at least four years post qualification experience.

The employment team advice a range of FTSE blue chip organisations both UK based and internationally they work on cutting edge exciting projects and offer associates the exposure to fantastic quality work. This role will deal with strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints and senior executive/board room issues. The role will also involve high value and High Court litigation.

The position is suitable for someone with at least four years post qualification experience at a reputable employment team.
