Job Description

FTSE 250 organisation seek an EA or CoSec Assistant for a period of 6 months

Duties and responsibilitiesBoard Support
*Preparation of the annual calendar for the board of directors to include corporate events and key dates;
*Set key deadlines for board and committee pack production and communicate to all stakeholders ahead of time;
*Scheduling, organizing and servicing meetings of the boards and Committees;
*Collating and distributing board and committee papers via Diligent Board books;
*Taking responsibility for quality control and timely delivery of board papers for Board meetings;
*Preparation and maintenance of stakeholders accessibility to board packs;
*Responsible for ensuring uniformed board documentation packs and providing guidance to stakeholders;
*Liaising with the NEDs to arrange attendance at various internal and external events;
*Responsibility for maintaining and updating the minute books of all companies.

PA Duties

*Calendar management;
*Support executive assistant team;
*Room and travel bookings.

Qualifications*Good GCSE or equivalent*Graduate
*Good attention to detail;

*Excellent organisational skills;

*Develop efficient ways of working;

*Ability to plan year round events and follow up on key actions;

*Manage multiple stakeholders and build excellent relationships

*Excellent communication skills

*Experience of supporting individuals at director level, open to industry sector*Exposure to the board and senior executives;
*Use of 'Diligent' board paper preparation software or similar

*Background in financial services and private wealth industry
