Job Description

Corporate Crime & Regulation Lawyer - NQ-2 years' PQE - Central London

Our Client, a market leading law firm, specialising in financial crime, both domestically and abroad, is looking for an associate to further strengthen their practice.

The firm are experts in their field, top-ranked by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, and recognised in Who's Who Legal and in GIR's list of the world's leading firms.

They are now looking to recruit a lawyer from NQ-2 years' post-qualification experience to join their Corporate Crime & Regulation department, working on matters including corporate manslaughter, gross negligence manslaughter, health and safety, environmental protection, fire safety, other regulatory offences, financial crime and cyber-crime.

Experience in health & safety offences, corporate manslaughter, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings and cyber-crime may be useful but is not essential. For this role, applications will be considered from exceptional candidates with outstanding qualifications who do not have direct experience of white collar crime defence, provided they are able to clearly demonstrate an interest in some of the relevant practice areas outlined above.

The successful candidate will have:

NQ to 2 years' + PQE or equivalent experience
Understanding of criminal/regulatory investigations and prosecutions
Excellent academic background and an analytical mind
Be keen to join a team of dedicated lawyers at the forefront of this area of the law

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a market leading law firm in central London. For more information, please call Marc Jones on 020 3058 1445, or 0792 121 0176. Alternatively, please email
