Job Description

Corporate Associate with c. 3 - 6 pqe sought to join a global law firm in Riyadh. A fantastic opportunity for a Common Law qualified lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work.

The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting a major transactions both within Saudi Arabia, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield. As a key part of the corporate practice you will be involved with transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified lawyer coming from a legal directories ranked law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Arabic language skills are advantageous, rather than required.

Attractive tax fee remuneration and package on offer to join the firm. The firm has seen a good flow of work and transactions for 2021, so an ongoing position to join as soon as able.
