Job Description
The Corporate team in London is looking to grow and develop and the team are keen to speak to Associates from NQ up to circa 5pqe. There is currently one partner, 1 consultant and 2 associates and with the team extremely busy, there is a strategic need to recruit a number of solicitors from NQ through to 5pqe. All candidates will have exceptional academic backgrounds. Newly qualified lawyers will have undertaken at least one seat in Corporate. The position will be a broad mix of private and public M&A and lawyers can be expected to be given lots of responsibility and the opportunity to get involved in business development initiatives.
In the US, the firm is ranked in Chambers & Partners for its Corporate Practice. They have a stellar clientele including many household names in the TMT, Media, Health and Life Science sectors. Due to a recent merger, their Financial Services capability has also been significantly enhanced.
