Job Description

Corporate Associate with c.2 - 4 pqe sought to join a Magic Circle law firm in Riyadh. A fantastic opportunity for a Common Law qualified lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work.

The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting on major transactions both within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield. As a key part of the corporate practice you will be playing a lead role in relation to transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified lawyer coming from a legal directories ranked law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Common Law jurisdiction legal qualification. Arabic language skills are not required.

Global law firm tax fee remuneration and package on offer to join the firm. The firm has seen a good flow of work last year and pipeline of transactions for 2022, so an ongoing position to join as soon as able.
