Job Description

Corporate Associate with c.1- 2 pqe + sought to join a global law firm in Dubai. A fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work.

The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting on major transactions both within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield. As a key part of the corporate practice you will be playing a lead role in relation to transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified lawyer coming from a legal directories ranked law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. There is a particular interest in bilingual Arabic and English speaking lawyers.

Global law firm tax fee remuneration and package on offer to join the firm. The firm has seen a good flow of work and transactions for 2021, with a busy pipeline going into the New Year.
