Job Description

Corporate & Commercial Legal Counsel sought to join an expanding conglomerate in Jeddah. This company has ambitious expansion plans and is looking to hire a high calibre lawyer to play a key role in its existing legal function, ideally to lead in relation to a function.

The role will involve a broad mix of legal work, focusing on the strengths of the individual around legal work in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, compliance issues etc as required. The position will involve working closely with senior stakeholders in the business, managing external lawyers, supervising more junior lawyers as required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing corporation expanding into new areas and markets, with good long-term prospects. There is an interest in qualified lawyer with international company in-house legal experience or gained at a law firm.
