An International City firm is currently looking to recruit a construction litigation associate to join its highly regarded team. This position will be advising on all aspects of construction litigation, arbitration and adjudication. It is suitable for someone with at least four years post qualification construction experience.
The construction team act for a variety of clients including acting for and against construction professionals, employers and contractors. The team has an international presence and the work often involves overseas jurisdictions. The work regularly involves NEC and FIDIC contracts and given the international nature of some of the work they are often dealing with international rules including ICC, LCIA and UCTA.
The team is busy and looking to expand they are therefore looking to recruit an ambitious construction associate to join the team. Applicants must have at least four years post qualification construction litigation experience and a keen interest in the construction industry. They are particularly keen to see people who have had hands on client contact and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a keen interest in business development and marketing.
