Job Description

This FTSE listed company seeks a part time Company Secretary to join their team based in London. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role requires an experienced Company Secretary to review the entire Secretariat function within the business and implement best practice procedure.

There will need to be an assessment of the:

*Minutes at Committee and Board meetings, resolutions and statutory filings,
*Board organisation, committees and other meetings,
*Maintenance of statutory books,
*Compliance and regulation systems,
*Management of share plans,
*Preparation of reports,
*Other matters such as insurance and health and safety.

Once the review is complete, the recommendations for new policies and procedures will need to be implemented.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in embedding new compliance and governance systems in listed companies. They will be fully qualified and have some international experience.
