Job Description

A FTSE 100 company are looking for a new Company Secretarial assistant to join their small Secretariat team based in London. They are a world leader in information solutions, operating globally.

Part of your day to duties would include:

-Subsidiary company compliance including the preparation of minutes, maintaining statutory records and filing of returns.

-Assisting with the drafting, reviewing and approval of subsidiary company statutory accounts.

-Assisting with governance arrangements relating to banking operations and divisional board delegated authorities.

-Maintain and reconcile accurate share capital records and prepare and release RNS announcements in relation to buybacks, block listings, TR1 notifications and voting rights.

-Assist with the preparation of Annual General Meeting scripts and packs, and event planning as required.

-Assist with the preparation and verification of the Annual Report and Accounts as required.

-General administration; including invoice processing, maintenance of archive filing and ordering office supplies.

They are looking for:

-Working towards or completed GradICSA
-Experience of working in company secretariat essential.
-Knowledge of the legal, regulatory and corporate governance framework applying to listed companies.
-Working knowledge of Blueprint
-Confident and articulate in order to deal credibly with senior executives and managers.
-Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
