This multinational insurance company based in central London is seeking a Company Secretarial Team Assistant. The role will provide full administrative assistance and secretarial support to the company secretarial team.
This position will appeal to candidates who enjoy working closely with the Company Secretary and Senior Executive. The role will be responsible on a day to day basis for a number of personal assistant tasks such as diary management, organisation of travel, arranging payments and office support. There will also be some company secretarial responsibilities in maintaining board and committee calendars, arranging board training sessions and organising board and committee packs.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills with an ability to work with people at all levels and maintain strong relationships. Previous knowledge and experience of the insurance market is preferable but not imperative.
