Key aspects of the role include:
Taking responsibility for the financial management of clients
Implementing various reorganisations of share capital including the transfer, allotment, cancellation, subdivision or redesignation of shares
Incorporating UK companies and registering overseas companies with a permanent establishment in the UK
Training, coaching and supervising team members
Business development activities, identifying opportunities for new and existing clients

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
ICSA Associate; strong educational background
Previous company secretarial experience in a similar role with experience of the majority of the duties listed in this job description
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced professional environment, delivering a high quality service at all times
Good understanding of the procedure and relevant statutory requirements for share capital reorganisations, share allotments, share transfers and dividend payment procedures
Good understanding of general statutory compliance for UK private companies limited by shares and guarantee, limited liability partnerships and overseas companies with a permanent establishment in the UK
Able to take responsibility for tasks, ensuring that the deadlines are met
Three A levels, or equivalent
Degree (minimum 2:2) or equivalent
Experience working in a professional services firm
