Job Description

Reputed accountancy firm seek a proficient company secretarial professional to take on this stand-alone role.

Main Objectives:

*Maintain and grow an established Company Secretarial Practice.
*Provide company secretarial support to the Partners, the Tax Director and members of the tax and accounting departments.
*Manage an efficient and effective outsource company secretarial service for a private equity firm.
*Provide transactional support to corporate law solicitors.
*Implement all company secretarial aspects of company structures and restructures.
*Excellent communications at all levels.
*Work within a team
*Keep ahead of any legislative developments.
*Filing Company Secretarial documents within compliance and other statutory deadlines.


Duties:

*To manage a portfolio of clients to a good technical level, meeting all deadlines.
*To carry out a stand-alone function and work unassisted.
*Some aspects of business development.
*Completion of Annual Returns.
*Setting up and maintaining registers using Blueprint software.
*Updating & maintaining IRIS Practice Management and Virtual Cabinet software.
*Management of company secretarial clients
*Providing full company lifecycle company secretarial services from incorporation to restoration and dissolution.
*Assisting in identifying beneficial ownership for money laundering purposes.
*Day-to- day company secretarial services including but not limited to officer appointments, resignations, changes of registered address, changes of accounting reference date.
*Specialist company secretarial services including but not limited to, share-for-share exchange documents, reduction in capital, subdivision of shares, consolidation of shares, share buy-backs, issuing shares, and re-designating shares.

Ideal candidate
