Job Description

A Global financial software provider are seeking a Company Secretarial assistant, They currently operate across 42 countries. This role is an excellent opportunity to work cross jurisdictionally, being responsible for the management of over 100 entities all over the world.

Join their Company Secretarial team to assist them in ensuring excellent corporate governance. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Group Company Secretariat, within a tight-knit team of four. This role offers a supportive yet fast-paced environment to learn a broad range of Company Secretarial skills.

Duties:
-Management of the group statutory record of all subsidiaries
-Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
-Assistance with ad Hoc projects
-Liaise with providers worldwide to ensure all corporate changes are filed locally and once complete, update the relevant systems.
-Draft board and shareholder resolutions in relation to regular and ad hoc company secretarial matters
-Organise notarisations and legalisations
-Deal with Power of Attorneys
-Administrative task would involve processing of invoices

In order to succeed it is preferred that you will:

-Have 2-3 years' experience in a Company Secretarial team
-Be studying towards the ICSA or ICSA completed
-Have experience of maintenance of the Company Secretarial database (Blueprint)
