DMJ are currently working with a well-established and dynamic law firm to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager based in their office in London. This international firm is well-respected in the market and would be an ideal role for any ambitious and dedicated individual looking for their next step in their company secretarial career.

You will be based in our clients London office as part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering an extensive range corporate secretarial and governance services to a vast variety of high-profile clients.

Key responsibilities

As a Company Secretarial Manager in our UK team, you will have responsibility for the delivery of client projects, business development and coaching more junior members of the team.

The role is broad in scope and will include:

  • Advising clients on corporate secretarial and governance best practice;
  • Delivery of a range of client projects, including Board and Committee support, corporate transactions, and corporate governance projects;
  • Preparing transactional documents for ad-hoc advisory projects;
  • Providing interim in-house support to clients;
  • Assisting with the delivery of large scale assignments such as corporate restructuring and legal entity simplification projects; and
  • Building relationships with teams across Eversheds Sutherland and with clients.


Skills and experience required include:
