Job Description

An rapidly expanding insurance company is currently looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the secretariat function in their London office.

The Company Secretarial team sits within the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance department and will be reporting directly into the Company Secretary. You will gain experience working alongside key senior individuals and will be supporting in a variety of ad-hoc company secretarial projects.

Key responsibilities include:
*Attending and minuting some Committee and Board meetings
*Liaising with the Finance department on review, approval and filing of annual Financial Statements
*Assisting with completion of simple corporate transactions
*Maintaining governance policies and procedures, and support our review procedures
*Dealing with routine enquiries relating to directorships, and ad-hoc due diligence requests

Ideally candidates will be ICSA part qualified or starting to study for their exams, candidates should also have previous minuting experience.

This company is looking to pay between £35,000-£45,000 for the right individual.
